PURE SALMON: ACCELERATING THE WORLD'S TRANSITION TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE PROTEIN

Pure Salmon aims to address the global challenge of sustainable and healthy protein production, while making significant positive contributions to society and the environment. We have established a global land-based salmon aquaculture company, utilizing proven Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) technology. Our goal is to produce clean, fresh, traceable, and healthy Atlantic Salmon in proximity to end consumers.

A Local Solution to a Global Challenge for our Fish

The South-East Asian region has experienced nine consecutive years of salmon supply growth, establishing itself as a significant consumption hub with an annual consumption of 88,000 tonnes. However, salmon prices in the region are considerably higher than those in Europe and the US, ranging from 125% to 600% of conventional retail prices.

Given its pristine and natural environment, Brunei emerges as an ideal location for the Pure Salmon project in South-East Asia. The country offers a favorable business environment, an educated and English-speaking population, a stable and supportive political and governmental environment, and well-developed aquaculture infrastructure, including two major ports that can supply the entire region.

Pure salmon RAS farm

A farming method that addresses the current challenges faced by the salmon industry.

RAS technology allows for efficient fish production in a safe and sustainable manner, ensuring minimal harm to the environment. Additionally, our farming facilities can be strategically located near major consumer markets, reducing the carbon footprint associated with long-distance airfreight commonly associated with conventional salmon producers. By utilizing RAS, Pure Salmon ensures the production of clean, healthy, and fully traceable salmon. Our fish are raised in a controlled environment that closely replicates the positive features of their natural habitat. This approach eliminates the need for antibiotics or hormones, which are commonly used in conventional sea-cage salmon farms.

Our commitment to innovation and the well-being of our fish sets us apart, as we strive to deliver the finest environment for their growth and overall well-being.
